Raman Velu has been actively investing in residential real estate and passively investing in commercial real estate mostly in the Texas market since 2007.

Velu has been actively engaged in various real estate investment communities. He been on Radio shows on Real Estate Investments and coordinated and moderated a Real Estate session in a 2018 National Investment conference.

Totally, he has participated and invested in projects worth $104 million with 1376 doors. At the same time, He has been a private lender through his Quest IRA funds and he’s also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. He also owns his brokerage TeamVelu since 2018.
Before switching his focus to real estate, Velu has been with IBM for years as an SAP consultant.
