Arnold specializes in the logistics industry, where he has been an owner, operator, and investor for more than 20 years.

As an entrepreneur, Arnold single-handedly started from scratch the logistics company Arka Express and built it into a sizable company with revenue of US$100 million. Its fleet of trucks has grown to more than 500 in the past 20 years.

While witnessing the growth of e-commerce, as a service provider in the ecosystem, Arnold identified the early signs of growth in logistics properties and started investing in them in recent years.

His hands-on experience in logistics businesses endows him with unique insights into identifying and creating value for logistics properties.
